Our client is a food manufacturing organisation seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their operations in Sulawesi. You will:
- Lead manufacturing and operational strategy, including CAPEX and OPEX governance across a complex facility
- Drive capital project delivery, maintenance reliability, and total productive maintenance (TPM) initiatives
- Build and mentor an engineering team while managing vendor relationships, compliance, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement
- Minimum 10 years of professional engineering experience, with at least 3 years in an engineering management or leadership role
- Strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, with demonstrated expertise in food manufacturing environments
- Proven experience in capital project leadership, maintenance and reliability engineering, and total productive maintenance (TPM) methodologies
- Solid knowledge of utility operations including steam, compressed air, water treatment, and wastewater systems
- Demonstrated capability in EHS leadership, regulatory compliance, root cause analysis, vendor negotiation, and organisational development
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Professional engineering accreditation or membership with a recognised engineering body
- Formal qualifications or certifications in project management, maintenance management, or food safety and quality systems
