Electrical, Instrument, and Control Manager

Embark on a new opportunity where you will lead the governance and continuous improvement of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) program, develop optimised maintenance strategies, and ensure the reliability and efficiency of critical systems.

• Own and govern the CMMS program, driving maintenance strategy development and continuous optimisation
• Lead infrastructure management across new and live data centre environments with full operational accountability

Preferred Requirements

• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, with hands-on experience managing data centre infrastructure systems
• Proven experience implementing and optimising CMMS platforms and maintenance workflows
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute maintenance strategies that balance cost, reliability, and performance
• Experience managing infrastructure across multiple environments or sites simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to operations teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor / Masters degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or facilities management
• Certification in CMMS software or maintenance management best practices
• Previous experience in a data center, critical infrastructure, or similar regulated operational environment
