Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end paid media strategy and execution across key digital channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Manage and optimize significant marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROAS, CAC, cost per booking, and overall campaign efficiency.
- Execute hands-on campaign management across paid search, paid social, shopping, app campaigns, and retargeting initiatives.
- Drive customer acquisition by scaling high-intent traffic and improving booking conversion performance.
- Collaborate closely with product, creative, and analytics teams to run experiments and optimize conversion rates across the full customer funnel.
- Develop performance reporting frameworks and dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
- Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and funnel drop-offs to identify growth opportunities.
- Continuously test new acquisition channels, audience strategies, and optimization tactics to improve marketing efficiency.
- Ensure marketing investments are aligned with broader business growth and revenue targets.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or paid media roles.
- Strong experience within e-commerce, marketplace, travel tech, or other digital-first consumer platforms.
- Proven track record of managing large advertising budgets while maintaining strong efficiency metrics.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, UAC/App Campaigns) and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience managing programmatic/DSP campaigns is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience using performance reporting and analytics tools.
- Ability to translate performance data into clear business recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Strong experimentation mindset with a focus on scaling qualified user acquisition and conversion growth.
- Possesses great communication skills, both in English and Bahasa, with the ability to manage and build relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders.
