Dept. Head Brand Activation & Partnership (Banking)

About the Role

We are looking for a Brand Activation & Partnership leader for our client, a leading Indonesian financial services institution and one of the country's largest banks, with a strong experience in integrated brand activations, event marketing, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships. The key objectives are to strengthen brand presence, drive customer engagement, maximize partnership opportunities, and contribute to overall business growth through effective and efficient brand activation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the overall Brand Activation function, covering Event Marketing, Sponsorship, and Branding.
2. Develop strategies, policies, and implementation direction for brand activation activities, aligned with the Company's Marketing Communication strategy and business objectives.
3. Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of all event, sponsorship, and branding activities.
4. Manage the budget and ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of all brand activation activities.

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or educational background in Marketing or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working in a multinational company.
3. Marketing Experience: Proven experience in marketing, managing both retail and wholesale products/services, with a preference for experience in wholesale products/services.
4. People Management: Previous experience leading and managing a team.
5. Stakeholder Management: Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders, including internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Digital) and external stakeholders (Agencies, Media).
