Data Center Operations Manager

Embark on the highly growing industry with our client within the data center as they are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead their growing facility in West Java. This is a full-time role reporting directly to directorate level and would be an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong mechanical and electrical expertise who is ready to step into a strategic operations role.

• Lead a team of specialists across mechanical, electrical, and building automation systems
• Manage operations for >15 MW data center facility with full responsibility for uptime and compliance
• Fluent English required for collaboration with regional counterparts

Preferred Requirements

• Has bachelor degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related fields
• Experience managing data center operations at least 10 MW scale or more
• Strong background in mechanical engineering with hands-on maintenance expertise
• Solid electrical engineering knowledge and experience with power distribution systems
• Proven proficiency with building management systems (BMS) and building automation systems (BAS)
• Demonstrated leadership capability managing teams of 15+ technical staff

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications in data center operations, facilities management, or related disciplines
• Prior experience in data center or mission-critical facility operations (preferred but not essential for candidates with strong mechanical and electrical backgrounds)
