Data Center Engineering Support Lead

This role sits at the intersection of facility engineering and IT infrastructure, where you'll oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous operation of critical data center systems. Working on-site or in a hybrid technical environment, you'll lead a team responsible for managing power distribution, cooling systems, HVAC infrastructure, server deployments, cabling, and rack management. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone with deep data center expertise who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

• Lead technical teams supporting data center infrastructure across facility and IT systems
• Own troubleshooting and maintenance of power, cooling, HVAC, servers, and cabling infrastructure
• Bridge the gap between heavy facility engineering and IT operations to ensure uptime and reliability

Preferred Requirements

• Proven experience working in data center environments, with hands-on knowledge of facility systems and IT infrastructure
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across power distribution, cooling, and HVAC systems
• Experience managing technical teams or mentoring junior engineers in a data center setting
• Solid understanding of server deployment, rack management, and network cabling standards
• Ability to balance preventative maintenance with rapid incident response in a 24/7 operational environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certification in data center operations, facility management, or HVAC systems
• Background in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or IT infrastructure management
• Experience with data center management tools and monitoring systems
