Data Center Assurance Lead

Our client is seeking a Data Center Assurance Lead to take ownership of service reliability, governance, and client satisfaction across their data center operations. This is a leadership role focused on ensuring services consistently meet agreed Service Level Agreements, maintain operational stability, and deliver the quality standards their clients depend on. While engineering teams manage the physical infrastructure, the Assurance Lead drives the end-to-end reliability and performance that defines the client experience.

• Lead service assurance strategy, SLA management, and operational governance across the data center
• Own accountability for service reliability, quality standards, and client satisfaction metrics
• Bridge engineering, operations, and client teams to ensure seamless service delivery and rapid issue resolution

Preferred Requirements

• Substantial experience working within data center environments, with proven expertise in service assurance or operations management
• Strong track record managing SLAs, defining performance metrics, and driving accountability across technical teams
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical staff and senior stakeholders
• Sound understanding of data center infrastructure, systems, and operational best practices
• Experience implementing governance frameworks, quality assurance processes, and continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related discipline
• Professional certification in IT Service Management (ITIL) or Data Center Operations
• Background in a regulated or mission-critical environment, such as financial services, healthcare, or telecommunications
