Job Responsibilities
  • Act as the key HR Business Partner for the Indonesia commercial organization, aligning people strategies with business objectives and organizational priorities
  • Partner closely with Country Managing Director and leadership team to drive workforce planning, organization effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Provide strategic HR advisory and coaching support to leaders on people management, organizational challenges, and business transformation
  • Lead and support organizational design and restructuring initiatives while ensuring smooth execution and compliance
  • Drive core HR processes including performance management, salary review, talent review, succession planning, and employee engagement programs
  • Utilize HR analytics and workforce insights to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that support data-driven business decisions
  • Handle employee relations matters and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with regional HR and cross-functional stakeholders to align local execution with regional people strategies
  • Champion employee experience, wellbeing, and inclusive culture initiatives across the organization
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 8–12 years of HR experience, with strong exposure as HR Business Partner within multinational or technology-driven organizations
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and commercial/business teams
  • Strong exposure in organization design, talent management, employee relations, and performance management
  • Comfortable working as an individual contributor within a matrix and regional organization structure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to leverage HR data and insights
  • Familiarity with HRIS and HR analytics tools such as Workday, SAP, or similar platforms
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Experience working with regional and cross-cultural stakeholders will be an advantage
