About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Our client is a fast-growing logistics technology (logtech) startup in Indonesia. As the company continues to scale and prepares for its next phase of fundraising, they are looking for a Senior Corporate Finance Manager to support strategic financial initiatives and investor engagement.
This role will work closely with the CFO and leadership team, playing a key role in fundraising, financial modeling, and investment-related activities. It is a hands-on individual contributor position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and has prior exposure to fundraising processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end fundraising process, including preparation of investor materials and participation in meetings with VCs and angel investors
- Develop and maintain robust financial models, including forecasts, scenario analysis, and valuation assessments
- Assist the CFO in preparing pitch decks, financial reports, and supporting materials for fundraising and strategic discussions
- Conduct financial analysis, business performance tracking, and strategic planning support
- Participate in investor relations activities, including managing data requests and follow-ups with potential investors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial assumptions with business strategy
- Support broader corporate finance initiatives, including potential deals, partnerships, and strategic projects
- 4+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Deal Advisory, or related fields
- Prior experience in a startup environment with exposure to fundraising activities is highly preferred
- Strong technical skills in financial modeling, valuation, and financial analysis
- Background from Big 4 (Transaction Services / Deal Advisory / Valuations) is a strong advantage
- Experience from buy-side / investment roles is a plus
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working as an individual contributor
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with internal stakeholders and external investors
