Clinical Advocacy and Academy Manager

Budget range (Total package): 150K-200K per month plus other competitive benefits.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in stakeholder engagement, scientific communication, with mixed experience in Medical Affairs and Commercial roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the key liaison for external experts and HCPs.
• Build trusted, compliant, and long-term professional relationships.
• Lead initiatives such as advisory boards, speaker programs, and peer learning.
• Identify and manage key stakeholders across the market.
• Deliver structured scientific education programs for HCPs.
• Manage both in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Ensure content is accurate, relevant, and compliant.
• Evaluate and improve programs based on feedback.
• Align closely with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, and Marketing teams.
• Ensure all activities comply with SOPs and local regulations.
• Gather field insights to inform strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of all HCP interactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences field plus Master degree in any fields. (Ph.D. is advantage).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, medical affairs, or healthcare education.
• Mixed Commercial and Medical Affairs experience is preferred.
• Tech savvy with digital tools, omni channel experienced is hight advantage.
• Strong understanding of scientific communication, clinical collaboration, and program management.
• Experience managing KOLs or external expert networks is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, planning, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Thai and English, with the ability to manage professional discussions in both languages.
