Our Client is looking for a CFO from a Plantation background who will be managing the Strategic and Operational Finance of the company.
About The Company:
Our Client is growing Agriculture (Plantation) company, currently operating in Indonesia. The company currently owns a Plantation and Mill manufacturing plant operation, with an expansion strategy in the short to medium term planning.
As CFO, you will undertake all aspects of Finance Strategy and Finance Operation, executing company's strategy, compliance, internal control, and banking relation working closely with the Operation Team and other supporting function from Group.

Job Descriptions:
- Managing the overall company finances
- Responsible for the Finance division according to the needs of the Company.
- Responsible for the profitability and reporting of the company ensuring the accuracy for stakeholders and shareholders.
- Responsible for Treasury function including banking relation and funding related matter.
- Building a budgeting culture and discipline in each division of the Company.
- Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, cost control, and investment planning to maximize shareholder value.
- Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders including investors.
- Developing efficient Standard Operating Procedures for both finance divisions
- Creating on short, mid, and long-term business plan and execution of company strategy
- Responsible for the compliance and internal control for the company.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as FD or CFO in previous organisation
- Previous experience in PLANTATION is highly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting principles, taxation laws and best practices
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, financial statements, and financial reporting
- Excellent organizational, operational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
