CFO (International Business)

Our Client is fast growing FMCG company, currently operating in Asia market. The company continually sets the standards in the beauty, health and wellness industry.

As CFO for International Business, you will undertake all aspects of financial management, executing company's strategy, compliance, internal control and other corporate activities for the International Operation.

Job Descriptions:

• Managing Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Budget division according to the needs of the Company.
• Reporting of financial statements that are accurate and timely for stakeholders and shareholders.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s international expansion plans.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and board on market entry
• Build and oversee international finance teams and establish financial processes in new markets.
• Building a budgeting culture and discipline in each division of the Company.
• Developing efficient standard operating procedures for both internal divisions in Finance and Accounting, as well as other related divisions.
• Advising on long-term business and financial planning
• Responsible for the compliance and internal control for the company.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as CFO or Finance Director
• Working experience International Operation or have helped with International Expansion.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, taxation laws and best practices
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, financial statements, and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
