This role sits within the CEO Office and plays a critical part in aligning product strategy with business and partnership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic bridge between Product, Business, and Partnership teams to ensure alignment on key initiatives
- Drive end to end planning and execution of partnership related product roadmaps
- Work closely with senior leadership to translate business priorities into actionable product strategies
- Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities that can enhance product capabilities and ecosystem value
- Coordinate cross functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives
- Monitor performance of partnership driven products and recommend improvements based on data insights
- Support the CEO Office in strategic planning, business analysis, and key decision making processes
Key Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of experience in fintech, strategy, or product related roles
- Strong understanding of digital financial services, including payments, lending, or investment platforms
- Proven experience working across Product, Business, and Partnership functions
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate strategy into execution
- Experience in high growth tech or fintech environments is highly preferred
