Business Finance Manager
A fast-growing EdTech company is calling for Talents to join their Team as the new Business Finance Manager.
Job Summary:
As a Business Finance SPOC, you will support financial planning and analysis activities, partnering with stakeholders to deliver insights that drive business performance. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, supporting business planning and decision-making.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis and build models to evaluate performance and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based reports and dashboards for management reporting.
- Conduct variance analysis, providing clear explanations and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial needs and deliver insights.
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in FBP or FP&A in high-growth Technology companies.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present insights clearly.
