Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end business development and partnership strategy to accelerate growth of the company's crypto business.
- Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships with crypto exchanges, liquidity providers, fintech players, financial institutions, ecosystem partners, and relevant communities.
- Explore new revenue streams, product partnerships, and market expansion opportunities within the crypto ecosystem.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle including sourcing, negotiation, execution, and long-term relationship management.
- Drive user growth, trading volume, and monetization initiatives across crypto products.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for crypto-related products, campaigns, and commercial initiatives.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve customer acquisition, retention, and overall business performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and broader crypto ecosystem developments to identify strategic growth opportunities.
- Support operational execution across crypto business functions, including OTC coordination, workflow optimization, and process improvements.
- Build operational SOPs, reporting structures, and scalable execution frameworks for the crypto business.
- Partner closely with Compliance, Risk, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution within a regulated environment.
- Lead and develop the business development and partnerships team while acting as a key strategic contributor to senior leadership discussions.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience across business development, partnerships, commercial strategy, or digital business roles.
- Strong experience within fintech, crypto, investment platforms, brokerage, trading platforms, or adjacent financial services industries.
- Proven track record of building partnerships and driving commercial growth initiatives.
- Experience handling both commercial growth responsibilities and operational execution.
- Strong understanding of crypto trading ecosystems, liquidity networks, exchanges, or OTC operations is highly preferred.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and project management capabilities.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, highly dynamic, and evolving business environments.
- Experience leading teams and driving cross-functional execution.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and execution capabilities.
