Job Summary The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading a high-performing sales team vision care portfolio in Thailand. This role combines strategic business development, key account management, and team leadership to accelerate sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Market Expansion
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across vision care key accounts.
  • Expand distribution channels and increase product penetration in targeted segments.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve long-term growth.
Key Account Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers (chains, independent stores, Trade, Modern Trade).
  • Lead negotiations for commercial agreements and partnership contracts.
  • Drive account performance and ensure long-term business retention.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
  • Own and deliver sales targets and KPIs for the assigned market.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Identify market trends and adjust strategies to maximize growth.
Team Leadership & People Management:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives.
  • Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance expectations for the team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, field coaching, and capability development.
  • Drive a high-performance, results-oriented team culture.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and talent development within the team.
Product & Market Strategy:
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on go-to-market strategies and product launches.
  • Provide insights on customer needs, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Support product training and education initiatives for both internal teams and customers.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and technical support teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Align internal stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions.
