- Identify and develop new business opportunities across vision care key accounts.
- Expand distribution channels and increase product penetration in targeted segments.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve long-term growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers (chains, independent stores, Trade, Modern Trade).
- Lead negotiations for commercial agreements and partnership contracts.
- Drive account performance and ensure long-term business retention.
- Own and deliver sales targets and KPIs for the assigned market.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting accuracy.
- Identify market trends and adjust strategies to maximize growth.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives.
- Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance expectations for the team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, field coaching, and capability development.
- Drive a high-performance, results-oriented team culture.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and talent development within the team.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on go-to-market strategies and product launches.
- Provide insights on customer needs, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Support product training and education initiatives for both internal teams and customers.
- Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and technical support teams to ensure seamless execution.
