Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the organization's overall revenue model and long-term commercial and fundraising strategy.
- Own the overall growth strategy across multiple revenue streams, including Individual Giving, Digital Fundraising, Corporate Partnerships, Employee Giving, and HNWI/Major Gifts.
- Drive end-to-end business development and fundraising activities, balancing a strong hunter and farmer mentality to acquire new funding partners while strengthening existing donor and corporate relationships.
- Lead strategic engagement with Indonesian corporations, senior executives, major donors, HNWIs, associations, communities, and other strategic stakeholders to build long-term funding partnerships.
- Develop and strengthen the Komunitas Pahlawan Anak (KPA) ecosystem as a platform for individual donors, corporate engagement, and community-based fundraising.
- Build and strengthen HNWI and major gift capabilities, including donor relationship management, CRM, pipeline management, donor recognition, stewardship, and bespoke engagement programs.
- Manage and develop the organization's fundraising pipeline, ensuring strong visibility across prospects, opportunities, conversion, and long-term revenue potential.
- Work closely with the COO and CFO to develop the organization's long-term financial sustainability roadmap, including revenue diversification, increasing reserves, and generating sufficient unrestricted income to support core operating costs.
- Provide strategic oversight of fundraising performance, financial planning, risk management, governance, compliance, and portfolio reporting, ensuring each fundraising channel achieves its financial and social KPIs.
- Oversee brand, media, communications, and reputation strategy, building strong relationships with national stakeholders, media owners, corporate leaders, and other influential networks to strengthen organizational visibility and public trust.
- Partner with the CEO and senior leadership team to identify new commercial opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and translate organizational priorities into sustainable revenue opportunities.
- Minimum 20+ years of senior leadership experience across fundraising, business development, commercial, or related functions.
- Significant experience within NGOs, non-profits, social enterprises, foundations, or other mission-driven organizations is highly preferred, ideally combined with experience in the corporate sector.
- Strong understanding of non-profit business models, fundraising, revenue diversification, and long-term financial sustainability.
- Proven track record of engaging and securing funding from major donors, HNWIs, corporations, and strategic partners, with demonstrated success in building and cultivating long-term relationships.
- Strong commercial and business development mindset, with proven ability to identify, develop, and convert new revenue opportunities while growing existing partnerships.
- Strong financial literacy and strategic/analytical capabilities, with the ability to develop business models, revenue strategies, investment plans, and long-term financial sustainability initiatives.
- Comfortable presenting business strategies, revenue models, financial plans, and strategic recommendations to the Board, CEO, HNWIs, corporate leaders, and other senior stakeholders.
- Experience developing and implementing major gift and HNWI fundraising systems, including CRM, donor stewardship, donor recognition, pipeline management, and relationship management frameworks.
- Strong senior-level background in brand management, media relations, communications, and public positioning.
- Proven experience leading and developing large-scale, cross-functional teams and building organizational capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on leadership.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, relationship-building, influencing, and presentation skills, with strong and clear communication.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Values-driven, ambitious, strategic, creative, collaborative, agile, and comfortable taking disciplined risks to develop new revenue opportunities.
- Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to build, coach, and teach the team while remaining involved in execution when required.

- Strong hunter and farmer mentality, with the ability to balance new business acquisition with long-term relationship management.
- Indonesian citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
