Building Maintenance Manager

Our client is seeking Building Maintenance Manager to lead technical oversight across their properties nationwide. This is a mobile role based across Indonesia, reporting to the executive engineering team. The successful candidate will manage MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems, building structures, and utilities across a diverse asset base, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality standards across all sites.

• Oversee MEP systems, electrical, water, and structural integrity across properties spanning Indonesia
• Lead and mentor a team of executive engineers, setting technical standards and best practices
• Mobile role with flexibility to travel across Indonesia as needed for site inspections and project oversight

Preferred Requirements

• Solid engineering background with hands-on experience in MEP systems and building infrastructure
• Proven track record managing electrical, water, and structural systems in multi-site or portfolio environments
• Experience leading and developing engineering teams
• Comfortable working across diverse property types including residential, hospitality, and land development
• Willingness to travel regularly across Indonesia and work in a mobile capacity

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent professional qualification
• Professional engineering registration or relevant industry certifications
• Prior experience in property development, facilities management, or large-scale asset management
