A leading luxury beauty brand is looking for Brand GM to lead the end-to-end management with full P&L ownership.

About the Client:
A leading luxury beauty brand is looking for Brand GM to lead the end-to-end management of a luxury beauty brand in Indonesia, with full ownership of P&L and overall business performance. The role focuses on delivering sustainable sales and profit growth while strengthening brand equity in alignment with global standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Brand Strategy & Growth – Develop and execute annual and long-term strategies to drive sustainable sales, profitability, and brand equity in line with global direction.
  • Own Full P&L – Manage revenue, margins, and cost control across marketing, distribution, and operations.
  • Oversee Sales & Channels – Drive performance across all channels (retail, modern trade, e-commerce, boutiques), ensuring strong sell-in and sell-through, and manage key account partnerships.
  • Drive Marketing & Brand Excellence – Lead integrated ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns while safeguarding premium brand positioning and consistency.
  • Manage Product Launches & Innovation – Oversee end-to-end launch execution and optimize based on market feedback and performance.
  • Ensure Retail Execution Excellence – Maintain high standards in merchandising, visual identity, stock availability, and consumer experience.
  • Lead Teams & Stakeholders – Develop cross-functional teams and manage relationships with global principals, retailers, distributors, and agencies.
  • Leverage Market Intelligence – Monitor market trends, competition, and campaign effectiveness to inform strategy and business decisions.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5-8 years of experience in brand management or general management within luxury skincare/cosmetics/retail
  • Proven track record of managing full P&L and large budgets.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative, innovative, and brand-equity focused, with strong expertise in digital marketing.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, e-commerce platforms, and KPI monitoring.
  • Flexible to travel for retail and distribution visits; adaptable working style.
