We are looking for for an experienced Air & Ocean Import Operations professional to join a leading global logistics & freight forwarding company in Indonesia.
This role will focus on Project Logistics operations, supporting import shipments for EPC, Oil & Gas, Mining, Energy, Construction, and Industrial projects.
We are looking for:
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Operations
• Strong experience in Air and/or Ocean Import Operations
• Experience handling Project Logistics / Project Cargo is highly preferred
• Hands-on experience managing shipments from booking / pre-alert through customs clearance and final delivery to project/site
• Good understanding of import documentation, customs clearance, shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents and trucking
• Exposure to EPC, Oil & Gas, Mining, Energy, Construction or Industrial projects is an advantage
• Experience handling FCL/LCL, Breakbulk, Ro-Ro, OOG or other project cargo would be a plus
• Good English communication skills and strong coordination skills
