Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade computer vision solutions for real-world business applications.
• Fine-tune, optimize, and maintain machine learning models to improve performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Build and enhance image data pipelines, including preprocessing, augmentation, validation, and evaluation.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-tested code while contributing to best practices for AI software development and deployment.
• Manage and improve deployment environments to support reliable delivery of computer vision applications.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Computer Vision development.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Go.
• Experience with image processing libraries such as OpenCV, Pillow, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with object detection models (e.g. YOLO, Faster R-CNN, or similar frameworks).
• Familiarity with OCR technologies and end-to-end document/image processing pipelines.
• Experience training and fine-tuning deep learning models using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals with practical experience using scikit-learn.
• Proficiency with Docker for development, model training, and deployment workflows.
• Strong software engineering practices, including code quality, testing, documentation, and version control.
