Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of AI-driven decisioning and next-best-action solutions that support business growth and customer value.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML models and decision policies, from intake and prioritization to deployment and performance monitoring.
• Design scalable decisioning and orchestration frameworks that integrate smoothly with data platforms, channels, and customer journeys.
• Ensure responsible AI practices by embedding governance, explainability, privacy, and regulatory compliance into models and decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, testing, and performance measurement to optimize outcomes and stability.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, personalization, analytics, and technology teams to deliver impactful use cases.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, advanced analytics, or decisioning roles within complex environments.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML model lifecycle, decision systems, and large-scale deployment.
• Experience working with cloud platforms and modern data/ML ecosystems.
• Solid grasp of model governance, ethics, and compliance concepts.
• Able to work with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver production-ready solutions.
