Mathieu Rauly

Originally from France, Mathieu is a Manager for Retail/Consumer Business at WeNetwork Japan. He has been active in recruitment in Japan since 2019 and has been focusing primarily on developing Retail and Consumer desks for different sized agencies, from boutique to larger agencies.

He graduated from INSEEC Business School in France with a Master Degree in Entrepreneurship. Early on in his career, Mathieu takes on business development roles in Singapore and France for tech companies. He then shifted careers to recruitment when he came to Japan and quickly ramped up to become both an individual top performer, as well as a team manager.
