Based in Tokyo, Alessandro is a trilingual professional fluent in Japanese, English, and Italian. As the Director of WeNetwork Japan, he spearheads the company’s operations and growth in the region, having successfully established its first office in the country.

Alessandro holds a Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Language and Literature from Torino University, Italy. With over a decade of experience in sales, management, and recruitment, he began his career as a Sales Representative for a Japanese trading company before transitioning to a senior management role at a global recruitment firm. There, he led two technology-focused teams and consistently ranked as a top performer in permanent hiring.
