VP Wealth Management

About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing investment platform, is looking to recruit an experienced and commercially driven Head of Wealth Management to lead the growth of their HNWI business segment. This role will be responsible for driving AUM growth, acquiring new high-net-worth clients, and building long-term client relationships across investment and wealth management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) through client acquisition and relationship expansion
• Develop and manage relationships with HNWI and affluent clients
• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong client pipeline
• Provide investment and wealth management solutions aligned with client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and platform adoption
• Contribute to overall business growth strategy and market expansion initiatives

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience in wealth management, private banking, investment sales, or related financial services
• Strong network and track record of managing HNWI or affluent client relationships
• Background from banking, securities, asset management, fintech, or related industries preferred
• Demonstrated ability to grow AUM and generate new business opportunities
• Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization
