Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of IoT products to meet market demands.
- Mentor and manage a team of IoT Product Managers, setting goals and ensuring high performance.
- Develop and enhance IoT products and solutions, integrating the latest technology trends.
- Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless product rollouts and customer satisfaction.
- Assess risks, create business cases, and align IoT products with customer needs and company goals.
- Stay updated on IoT market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to keep offerings competitive.
- Build and maintain partnerships within the IoT ecosystem, collaborating with vendors and industry leaders.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years in IoT product development or management.
- Strong technical expertise in IoT and telecommunications.
- Background in IT services, consulting, or system integration is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of IoT devices, networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, MQTT), and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with data analytics, security best practices, and IoT system design.
- Expertise in project management methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Effective decision-making, ownership, customer focus, and engagement.
