About the Role:
Our client are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Head of Sales (VP level or above) to take charge of their high-performing advertising sales team, which operates across various industry sectors. The successful candidate will have a history of exceeding revenue goals, establishing strategic partnerships, and fostering growth through innovative advertising solutions. This role requires outstanding leadership abilities, excellent negotiation skills, and a thorough understanding of both digital and out-of-home (OOH) advertising markets in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, establishing clear revenue targets and developing comprehensive sales strategies to ensure objectives are consistently met or exceeded.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes and operational tactics using performance data and market trends.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new business while retaining key accounts, with a focus on building and nurturing relationships with high-value clients.
- Directly engage with major clients to strengthen partnerships, secure long-term deals, and identify additional opportunities for growth.
- Be an expert on the company’s advertising assets while contributing to the creation of new and innovative solutions to meet evolving market demands.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least 10+ years of experience in advertising sales, particularly in Out-Of-Home (OOH) advertising, with a strong track record of forming strategic partnerships and surpassing revenue targets.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team while delivering consistent results.
- Expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, with extensive network across various industries.
- Experience working in an agency environment or managing teams is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive organizational success.
