Our Client is recruiting for VP Finance who will be managing the whole financial strategy and directions, working closely with the Founders.

As VP Finance, you will undertake all aspects of financial management, company's system implementation, compliance, and corporate finance activities.

As VP Finance, you will undertake all aspects of financial management, company's system implementation, compliance, and corporate finance activities.
Job Descriptions:
- Building a productive Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Budget division according to the needs of the Company.
- Reporting of financial statements that are accurate and timely for stakeholders and shareholders.
- Building a budgeting culture and discipline in each division of the Company.
- Developing efficient standard operating procedures for both internal divisions in Finance and Accounting, as well as other related divisions.
- Advising on long-term business and financial planning
- Determining an efficient and appropriate capital structure for the Company as long as the evolution of the Company's growth.
- Fundraising activities (fundraising) in private sector.
- Banking activities and relations with banks.
- Maintaining good relations with the Company's shareholders and potential investors.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as VP/Head of Finance
- MANDARIN IS A MUST
- Start-Up experience is highly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
