Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal and external creators, developers, UX designers, and global team members to ensure seamless integration and alignment of design elements with project goals.
- Engage in various activities including interface design, user research, workshops, prototyping, and user testing.
- Use research findings to inform and refine design decisions, ensuring they meet user needs and expectations.
- Prototyping interfaces to test usability and gather feedback for improvements.
- Establish concrete ideas through user modeling to understand different user profiles and their interaction preferences.
Key Requirements
- Business level Japanese proficiency
- At least 2 years of experience working in graphic design industry
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, XD, Figma, and other peripheral tools
