Vessel Operations Expert

Our client is looking for an experienced Vessel Operations Experts to support their Project Logistics operations in Indonesia. This role focuses on managing end-to-end vessel and voyage activities for (MPP) multipurpose and LCT (Landing Craft Transport) vessels.

What You'll Do

• Manage full vessel operations for project logistics.
• Oversee Voyage Operations System and ensure accurate voyage data.
• Coordinate port activities, stevedoring teams, vessel scheduling, and loading accuracy.
• Drive cost-efficient and compliant daily operations.
• Handle operational planning, vendor performance, and Marine claims support.
• Provide regular operational updates to internal project teams.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years in vessel or marine operations.
• Strong experience with (MPP) multipurpose and LCT (Landing Craft Transport) vessels.
• MUST have hands-on experience with Voyage Management System (VMS) software.
• Solid marine, chartering fundamentals, and port operations knowledge.
• Background in project logistics is a strong advantage.
