Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and own the end-to-end marketing aspects, spanning community building, KOL & influencer management, performance marketing, brand marketing, and integrated campaigns.
- Define and execute growth and GTM strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and transaction value across all products.
- Make data-driven decisions to shape market communication strategies, channel mix, and investment prioritization.
- Lead brand marketing initiatives to significantly increase visibility, awareness, and top-of-mind presence in the investment fintech category.
- Own marketing communications across all touchpoints to ensure consistency, clarity, and strong brand narrative.
- Manage product lifecycle growth strategies, with a focus on profitability, monetization, transaction value, new user acquisition, activation, retention, and churn reduction.
- Design and execute high-impact campaign strategies, including always-on performance, major launches, and brand moments.
- Build a high-performance culture that balances aggressive growth ambition with respectful, disciplined execution.
- Work closely with Product, Data, Engineering, and Commercial teams to unlock sustainable growth levers.
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, contributing to company-level strategy and decision-making.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in growth marketing or strategic marketing roles.
- Strong background in performance and growth marketing, with the ability to operate at enterprise leadership level.
- Prior experience in fintech is highly preferred, with strong preference for investment fintech. Open to candidates working in Tech startup
- Proven experience leading teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Demonstrated capability managing large, multi-layered organizations
- Strong strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and high commercial acumen.
- Data-driven, analytical, and comfortable making decisions with speed and accountability.
- Strong personality: ambitious, assertive, and driven, while maintaining professionalism and respect.
- Dynamic individual with a step-by-step, build-for-scale mindset.
- Possesses great communication skills, both in English and Bahasa, with the ability to manage and build relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders.
