About the Role
The Senior Litigation Manager role is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to lead litigation efforts across the company’s operations. This role involves managing complex disputes, ensuring compliance, and minimizing legal risks. Reporting to senior management, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the company’s interests while navigating the dynamic regulatory landscape in Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all litigation and dispute resolution matters, ensuring effective strategies to protect the company’s interests.
- Collaborate with external counsel and stakeholders on high-stakes legal cases.
- Provide strategic advice to senior management on litigation risks and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in all legal proceedings.
- Develop and implement policies to minimize potential legal exposure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law; a Master’s degree or equivalent legal qualification is preferred.
- 7-10 years of litigation experience, with a strong background in handling complex cases (in-house experience is a must).
- Extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution.
- Proven ability to collaborate with external counsel and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
