About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage legal operations, including contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to support the company’s property development projects.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and mitigate potential legal risks.
- Supervise and mentor a subordinate, fostering professional growth and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal strategies with business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law; a Master’s degree or equivalent legal qualification is an advantage.
- 7-10 years of relevant legal experience, with a strong emphasis on in-house roles (a must).
- Extensive knowledge of property law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams or subordinates.
