As a licensed and regulated fintech operating at unicorn scale, they have established themselves as the go-to investment platform for the next generation of Indonesian investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, high-performance backend systems
- Develop and maintain APIs and distributed services
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and security
- Work on high-throughput systems handling large volumes of transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product and engineering
- Contribute to system architecture and technical decisions
- Mentor engineers and uphold engineering best practices
- Minimum 7 years of experience in backend
- Strong experience in backend engineering (e.g., Go, Node.js, Java or similar)
- Experience with distributed systems and scalable architecture
- Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and system design
- Experience working with high-traffic systems is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset
- Strong English communication skills
