Job Responsibilities:
- Drive sales efforts by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the OOH advertising space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Achieve and surpass high sales targets through effective negotiation, proposal creation, and closing deals.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients from diverse industries, with a focus on maximizing revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to drive sales strategies.
- Manage key brand accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and growth.
- Utilize industry knowledge, particularly within the TV and media sectors, to bring added value to the sales process.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the OOH, media, or advertising industry.
- A proven "hunter" mentality, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding high sales targets.
- Demonstrated experience in managing brand accounts and building long-term client relationships.
- Industry experience in television is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, with a passion for achieving results and driving revenue growth.
