Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) agenda across all categories and sales channels.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Channel teams to develop and implement commercial strategies that drive profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Manage channel investment and trade promotion activities, ensuring optimal return on investment.
  • Oversee pricing, pack, and promotional architecture to enhance revenue and margin performance.
  • Collaborate with Category Development and Brand Marketing teams to align marketing initiatives with RGM strategies.
  • Provide commercial insights and financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Serve as the key RGM champion within the organization, driving capability building and best practices.
  • Report directly to the Sales Partner while working cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and Channel teams.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Commercial Finance, or Sales Finance roles.
  • Background in the FMCG industry is required (experience with Danone is excluded).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into commercial actions.
  • Proven stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Independent, proactive, and capable of working as a single contributor while influencing cross-functional teams.
