About our Client:

Our client is a prominent Tech company that offers unique platforms and solutions directed at the Financial Services sectors, they offer Risk Management solutions  and decision making utilizing AI technology.

About the Role:

As a Senior Presales Consultant, you will be a key player in the sales process, using your business and technical expertise to understand and solve the customers’ challenges. You'll craft compelling propositions that highlight the incredible value the platform delivers. Your insights will position you as a trusted expert, both within the company and among the clients.

Responsibilities:

External Focus:
  • Customer Discovery: Dive deep to uncover customer needs, issues, and pain points.
  • Storytelling Demonstrations: Create engaging presentations that showcase how the solutions address customer challenges.
  • Value Articulation: Clearly communicate the benefits and potential impact of our solutions.
  • Sales Support: Assist throughout the sales cycle, including Q&A sessions and workshops.
  • RFP Responses: Lead the business and technical content for customer RFPs, coordinating with subject matter experts.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong technical relationships with client counterparts.
Internal Focus:
  • Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work with sales and internal stakeholders to address objections and functional gaps.
  • Sales Documentation: Ensure smooth transitions to the Professional Services team by documenting customer needs and solution options.
  • Best Practices Sharing: Contribute to and learn from the global Presales team and broader community.
  • Internal Enablement: Lead and participate in training sessions, including onboarding and lunch-and-learns.
  • Product Feedback: Provide insights from customer interactions to Product Managers to help shape our solution roadmaps.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of seven years working with sales teams in a software vendor or consulting environment, and at least three years in the financial services industry focused on decisioning (credit risk, AI/machine learning, fraud risk, business analytics).
  • Banking Experience: At least one year of experience working in banks is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Fluent in Bahasa.
    • Excellent storytelling and presentation abilities.
    • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Exceptional planning and prioritization skills.
    • Superior documentation and communication skills, with an eye for detail.
    • Experience with enterprise technology, basic programming, and software project implementation is a plus.
    • Team player with the ability to work independently.
