Senior Infrastructure

Our client is one of Southeast Asia's most recognized digital wealth platforms, with millions of active retail investors and a product suite spanning stocks, mutual funds, crypto, and beyond. As a licensed and regulated fintech operating at unicorn scale, they have established themselves as the go-to investment platform for the next generation of Indonesian investors.

• Architect, build, and continuously improve robust infrastructure and network systems that scale with business growth
• Take ownership of both cloud and on-premise environments, spanning compute resources, storage solutions, network connectivity, and security controls
• Set up and resolve issues across network components such as routing devices, switching infrastructure, secure tunnels, perimeter defenses, and traffic distribution systems
• Keep a close eye on platform health, uptime, and network performance to ensure consistent reliability
• Leverage scripting and declarative tooling to drive infrastructure automation and reduce manual overhead
• Contribute to deployment workflows and support continuous integration and delivery infrastructure
• Operate and maintain container orchestration platforms, including cluster management and workload scheduling
• Enforce system integrity through regular hardening, patch cycles, backup strategies, and recovery planning
• Own incident troubleshooting end-to-end, from initial triage through root cause identification to permanent resolution
• Work closely with software, security, and platform reliability teams to raise the bar on overall system dependability
• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation, operational runbooks, and infrastructure topology diagrams

Key Requirements

• Hold a degree in a technology-related field or equivalent
• 6–10 years of real-world experience keeping infrastructure, networks, and platforms running reliably
• You know your way around core networking concepts and can confidently work with protocols, firewalls, secure connections, and traffic management
• You've rolled up your sleeves on at least one major cloud platform and know how to get things done there
• You're comfortable owning Linux systems in live, high-stakes environments
• You've used code or templates to provision and manage infrastructure rather than clicking through consoles
• When things break, you dig in methodically until you find the root cause.
