About the Role
As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end brand management for one cosmetics brand, from strategic planning to execution and evaluation. This role requires expertise in go-to-market strategy, campaign development across offline and online channels, and the ability to drive brand growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement brand objectives and strategies, leveraging consumer insights, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Lead the full cycle of brand initiatives, from planning to launch and post-campaign evaluation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Campaign Management: Design and execute integrated offline and online campaigns, including digital/social activations, retail promotions, and experiential marketing.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor brand health, track KPIs, and evaluate campaign effectiveness to optimize future strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of brand activities.
- Innovation & Growth: Identify new opportunities to strengthen brand positioning and expand market presence.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
- At least 5–7 years of experience in brand management within the beauty or personal care industry.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end brand campaigns, including digital and offline activations.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
