Job Responsibilities:
• Drive business growth by developing new accounts and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers in the home care manufacturing industry
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Lead sales planning and forecasting activities to ensure alignment with company objectives
• Collaborate with internal technical, marketing, and supply chain teams to deliver value-added solutions to customers
• Provide technical product knowledge and consultative sales support to clients
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to recommend product and business strategies
• Manage, coach, and motivate a small team to deliver performance excellence
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the Home Care Chemicals industry (detergents, cleaners, surfactants, etc.)
• Strong commercial acumen with proven track record in achieving sales growth
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a customer-centric mindset
• Highly motivated, strategic thinker, and able to work independently
