About the Company:
Our Client is one of the leading multinational Consumer Goods companies with a variety of high performing portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • This role engages in a variety of tasks such as creating and maintaining forecast models for customers, as well as incorporating business intelligence and forecasting information gathered from other areas such as sales, marketing, finance, development, and supply.
  • Ensure that the proper process for demand revision takes place monthly to support S&OP Monthly process, aligning with Sales Director about main changes and potential impact on financial targets.
  • Ensure that the supply review process is followed and is provided as input to the S&OP Monthly process.
  • Ensure smooth processes of new product plan and assets startup/phase-out
  • Ensure proper planning through S&OP of the mid-long-term plan for inventory and as well the execution of the inventory to support the service following the service proposition/market expectations.
  • Scenarios evaluation for the S&OP Monthly Cycle.
  • Support Pre-S&OP Meetings.
  • Prepare for the S&OP meeting, reconciling supply to demand, aligning with the financial plans, and understanding the financial implications of different scenarios.
  • Coordinate to sales dept to ensure monthly and quarterly delivery, forecast, and projection of sales
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting
  • Experience in Demand Planning, System Analysis, Sales Operational and Finance Min 3-5 Years.
  • Strong Analytical, understanding of data to drive decision-making process, Strong Communication skills, Excellence in Microsoft Excel, Presentation Capabilities, Process-Oriented mindset.
