Our client is a leading and fast growing hospital in Indonesia and looking for a strong Sales Channel Lead candidates to drive their business partnership and corporate sales.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, structures, budgets,
- solutions, campaigns and specific goals to increase patient volumes and meet revenue targets.
- Provide management with monthly, quarterly and annual sales performance and forecasts.
- Report on the effectiveness of sales and lead generation campaigns using predetermined KPIs.
- Directly negotiate and close agreements with large customers in all channels.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
- Work closely with the Marketing Department to drive lead generation, new product development and marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing, sales & supporting teams and third-party vendors to launch events on time and on budget.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in pharmacy or medical device sales.
- Able to work under pressure and targets.
- Able to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Availability to travel as needed.
- BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
- Native Bahasa Indonesia Speaker with good English language skills.
- Open to relocate to Bali
