Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the entire regional property portfolio across the Philippines, with full accountability for property performance, retention, and revenue growth.
- Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned properties, ensuring strong partnerships, alignment on commercial goals, and consistent execution of company standards.
- Review and evaluate property performance metrics, including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue growth, and churn indicators, to identify risks and opportunities.
- Drive account growth strategies, focusing on increasing revenue, improving property performance, reducing churn, and maximizing long-term partner value.
- Conduct deep performance and growth analysis across the portfolio, translating insights into clear action plans and improvement initiatives.
- Manage and analyze regional numbers and KPIs, preparing performance reports, forecasts, and recommendations for the Country Manager.
- Lead property acquisition analysis, working with property owners and renters to assess commercial viability, negotiate contract terms, and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Support new property onboarding from a commercial readiness perspective, ensuring pricing, positioning, and growth plans are set up for success.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Revenue Management, Operations, Marketing, Supply, and Tech to drive coordinated improvements at the property level.
- Escalate operational or commercial risks early and proactively recommend corrective actions to protect revenue and partner relationships.
- Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in account management, sales, partnerships, or commercial roles, preferably with regional or multi-location responsibility.
- Background in tech startups, travel tech, hospitality platforms, e-commerce, or similar fast-paced industries is strongly preferred; open to other relevant commercial backgrounds.
- Strong experience in account growth, retention, and performance management, with a clear understanding of revenue drivers and churn dynamics.
- Proven ability to analyze numbers, identify trends, and build actionable growth strategies.
- Solid negotiation skills, with experience engaging external partners and closing commercially sound agreements.
- Comfortable managing a large portfolio across a wide geographic scope with high autonomy and ownership.
- Highly analytical, structured, and commercially minded, with the ability to balance relationship management and performance accountability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.
