Property Account Manager (Manilla and Cebu) – Hospitality Tech

An exciting opportunity to lead a local property portfolio in the Philippines for a regional Hospitality tech company!

About the Company:
Our client is a Leading Regional Hospitality Tech company who's business model focuses on providing a consistent experience across a range of accommodations, ensuring quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of properties within the assigned area, with full accountability for performance, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Review and assess property performance metrics, including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue growth, and churn indicators, to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Drive account growth and retention strategies, focusing on increasing revenue, improving property performance, and minimizing churn.
  • Analyze commercial performance and regional numbers, translating insights into actionable growth strategies and clear execution plans.
  • Conduct property acquisition analysis, working with property owners and renters to evaluate commercial potential, negotiate contract terms, and support onboarding decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Revenue Management, Operations, Marketing, Supply, and Tech to resolve issues and unlock growth at the property level.
  • Prepare and present performance reviews, forecasts, and growth plans to the Regional Account Manager.
  • Ensure consistent application of commercial standards, pricing principles, and partner policies across the managed portfolio.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, sales, or commercial roles, with at least some exposure to team leadership.
  • Background in tech startups, travel tech, hospitality platforms, e-commerce, or similar fast-paced environments is strongly preferred; open to candidates from other relevant industries.
  • Strong ability to analyze numbers, identify trends, and build data-driven growth strategies.
  • Proven experience in account retention, revenue growth, and partner management.
  • Hands-on experience in negotiation and commercial discussions with external partners.
  • Experience leading or mentoring teams with a results-driven leadership style.
  • Highly organized, commercially minded, and comfortable balancing analysis with on-the-ground execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.
