Job Descriptions:
  • Develop and be accountable for the marketing strategy of the company's business within the country, including creating campaigns and marketing and business forecasts.
  • Implement a marketing strategy for one or more of the organization's products/services to meet predetermined sales or market share goals.
  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to implement marketing campaigns, such as the product team, engineering, finance, data scientists, and creative labs. 
  • Conduct, gather, aggregate, validate, and evaluate data on consumer behavior, competitive activity, and market trends to find market opportunities for the product/service and features that cater to the needs of the customer.
  • Collect, compile, verify, and analyze customer acquisition data by channel, as well as the effectiveness of pricing and identify opportunities for scaling up and optimization to meet business growth.
  • Develop a pricing plan in conjunction with the supply and pricing teams to achieve the best possible trade-off between the top and bottom lines.
  • Keep track of your advertising expenses, sales volume, and revenues. Compare these data to your projections to find out where your product or service's sales performance needs to be strengthened.
  • Monitor, analyzez, and evaluate product performance while providing feedback (be the customer's voice to the Product Team). Coordinate with other departments within the company to put these changes into effect.
  • Monitor , determine and oversee the marketing initiatives' order of priority.
  • Oversee, design, fund, and oversee projects - including giving instructions, guidelines, and briefs required to meet goals
  • Oversee and direct campaigns or projects, with the ability to confirm and define scopes.
  • Work together to manage stakeholders' expectations regarding the delivery of the output. Recognize when to escalate a situation and be aware of what needs to be updated or communicated to the relevant parties, including the affected parties' direct managers or mentors.

Key  Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience with minimum 3 years of managing people or team. Having especially in product marketing or travel marketing related is a plus point.
  • Understand go-to-market and route-to-market knowledge in product and channel marketing mix.
  • Possess a solid data analytical and problem-solving skill, strong in numbers and marketing analytics and customer centric approach in devising and managing commercial projects.
  • High proficiency with data analysis and work via analytical tools such as Google Dashboard (GDS), Tableau and able to operate pivot and macro on number crunching tools.
  • Possess excellent communication, passion, dedication, and energy to get things done.
  • Experience in working independently and hands-on marketer. 
  • Understanding of the product is a MUST , able to follow brand guidelines and ensure correct brand implementation to event materials.
  • Multitasking, self-motivated, capable of juggling multiple projects and other responsibilities while clearly prioritising and effectively delegating tasks.  
  • Able to perform under pressure and stay on-track with key objectives.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
