Our client is a leading beauty company experiencing exponential growth in Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a new skincare/makeup product concept.
- Innovating new products regarding the texture, formula, packaging, and other aspects that are going to be involved in the product.
- In charge to take all the responsibility for the whole product innovation process.
- Engage internal and external end-users to gather insight that informs to product decisions.
- Generate and distribute product knowledge insight.
- Report the product performance from sales and insight from marketing KOL.
- Create product brief and give ideation for marketing point.
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any major
- Minimum 2 years experience in Beauty Product Development
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Keeping up with makeup market trends, both local and international, regarding products, ingredients, and consumer needs
- Has a broad & extensive knowledge of makeup ingredients and/ or is a beauty enthusiast.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience leading product managers and cross-functional teams
- Able to conduct research on current market trends
- Capable of synthesizing data from various feedback sources in order to inform decisions in prioritizing and designing product features
- Have knowledge or records proven of creating a good product ideas/ launch.
- Willing to do WFO policy
