We are seeking a dynamic and driven Partnership Manager to join a leading bank in Vietnam. In this individual contributor role, you will take the lead in creating and driving partnership programs to enhance the bank's product offerings across a variety of services, including payment, lending, cards, loyalty, and more. If you are passionate about building impactful partnerships and have a strong background in product management or partnership roles within fintech or financial services, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead initiatives for the partnership program, focusing on leveraging the bank’s product propositions across various product lines, including payments, lending, cards, loyalty, and related services.
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to expand the bank’s ecosystem and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as product, marketing, and operations to align partnership initiatives with the bank's overall strategy.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships to ensure alignment with business goals and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay updated on trends and developments in fintech and financial services to identify new opportunities for collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, partnerships, or business development roles, preferably within fintech or financial services.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, including payments, lending, cards, and loyalty programs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in an individual contributor role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
