Operation Manager, Manila based

About the Role:

This position focuses on operational excellence, service delivery, and team leadership. Rather than launching from scratch, your mandate is to take a validated model and build the robust operational infrastructure required to ensure a flawless customer journey during a period of rapid growth. You will take full responsibility for regional service quality, day-to-day fulfillment, and local team management.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee Localized Operations: Assume daily operational control of the regional market, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
• Elevate Service Delivery: Secure exceptional quality across the entire customer lifecycle, from initial user onboarding to ongoing platform engagement.
• Drive Churn Mitigation: Manage local support workflows to optimize customer satisfaction, resolve friction points, and safeguard user retention.
• Bridge Regional & Central Teams: Work in lockstep with cross-functional global divisions (including Product, Growth, and Delivery frameworks) to align local needs with central resources.
• Lead and Scale the Local Org: Recruit, mentor, and manage regional teams spanning operations, support, and frontline service providers.
• Optimize Internal Workflows: Continuously audit local processes to identify, troubleshoot, and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
