Core Responsibilities
- Oversee Localized Operations: Assume daily operational control of the regional market, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Elevate Service Delivery: Secure exceptional quality across the entire customer lifecycle, from initial user onboarding to ongoing platform engagement.
- Drive Churn Mitigation: Manage local support workflows to optimize customer satisfaction, resolve friction points, and safeguard user retention.
- Bridge Regional & Central Teams: Work in lockstep with cross-functional global divisions (including Product, Growth, and Delivery frameworks) to align local needs with central resources.
- Lead and Scale the Local Org: Recruit, mentor, and manage regional teams spanning operations, support, and frontline service providers.
- Optimize Internal Workflows: Continuously audit local processes to identify, troubleshoot, and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- Operational Pedigree: A robust background in operations management, customer success leadership, or service delivery within a fast-moving environment.
- Process Orientation: Highly organized professional with an meticulous attention to detail and a track record of structuring chaotic workflows.
