About the Role
This position serves as a strategic leadership role responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, and transformation initiatives. The Organization Development (OD) Manager will design and implement frameworks, programs, and interventions that enhance company performance, leadership capability, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate is both analytical and people-oriented — capable of aligning organizational structures, processes, and culture with business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Organizational Design & Effectiveness
- Lead organizational design initiatives, including structure review, job evaluation, and role alignment to support business growth.
- Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and design organizational interventions to improve performance and agility.
- Drive continuous improvement and change management programs to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain a company-wide competency framework aligned with business strategy and core values.
- Design programs to build leadership and functional capabilities across all levels.
- Partner with HR and business teams to integrate competencies into talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.
- Lead initiatives to strengthen a high-performance culture through improved goal-setting, performance management, and feedback processes.
- Facilitate workshops and programs to enhance collaboration, innovation, and employee engagement.
- Measure and monitor cultural alignment and organizational health using data-driven insights.
- Act as a change leader in business transformation projects, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and adoption.
- Develop communication and engagement strategies to support the smooth implementation of new initiatives.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders in managing organizational transitions.
- Utilize HR analytics to assess organizational performance, engagement, and workforce effectiveness.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management for data-based decision-making.

- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in HR or OD roles, with a strong background in organizational design, culture change, and talent development.
- Proven success in leading transformation or capability-building initiatives within dynamic organizations (FMCG, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical preferred).
- Strong understanding of HR systems, performance management, and competency frameworks.
- Excellent facilitation, consulting, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical ability and stakeholder management experience.
- Hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with operational execution.
