A global technology leader, delivering advanced solutions in defense and security sectors. They design high-performance systems that drive efficiency, safety, and resilience for governments, enterprises, and critical infrastructure worldwide.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a local technology operations team, providing end-to-end operational support for data, automation, and performance management systems.
- Oversee smooth transition of services from external vendors to in-house teams, ensuring service quality and minimal risk.
- Manage budgets, operational costs, and resource planning to optimize performance.
- Implement and monitor KPIs (e.g., SLA compliance, service quality, process efficiency) to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with international expert teams and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Develop long-term operational roadmaps, including opportunities for automation and optimization.
- 8+ years’ experience managing IT/support operations teams, ideally across multicultural environments.
- Solid knowledge of Data Engineering, RPA, and enterprise performance management solutions (e.g., Anaplan or similar).
- Strong financial and risk management skills, including budget control and workforce planning.
- Excellent leadership, change management, and talent development capabilities.
- Strong communication skills in English (French a plus).
